The cherries are in flower.

Daffodils!

Old and new.

Definitely creepily "took a picture of the bridge scene" so I could photograph this guy and his bike.

Fix Coffee. Pretty darn good. Also had my first cronut here. A croissant+donut=delicious.

The Jugged Hare. Say no more. I'm in.

Rooftop terrace at this center/cafe in Limehouse called Departure.

Could see this guy from my vantage point. Cowboy??

Red balloons on a grey day.

The Head and Heart. Saw them with Bonnie at The Scala--awesome!

Clock tower by St. Pancras.

Hyde Park.

Photobombed!

Somewhat better--Jamie, Zahra, and I with some of Jamie's friends from Canada.

Lamp post.

Sand sculpture?

Terrible picture, but there were a couple of guys down there singing reggae. "Don't Give Up the Fight."

The Wren. A new favorite coffee shop.

Amazing Earl Grey tea!
Near St. Paul's Cathedral!

Look at those flowers!

Not the most flattering selfie.

Blackfriers Bridge.

London sunsets can be relatively glorious from time to time.
Creative writers chilling in the pub after class :)

A poem I think has to do with learning to appreciate beauty and life--without getting so bogged down by those nagging lesser concerns that creep in . . .

On that faraway mountain,
Over the ridge, just below the peak--
look! The cherries are in flower.
May the mists of our closer hills
Not rise up to veil it.
