We need a little Christmas

Bust of Nelson Mandela near the Southbank Centre, a few days after his death.

ClĂodhna came to visit, and we had a lovely sunny Sunday.

Goodbye for a month.

California, you are beautiful.

Hills of home.

Madonna Mountain and Bishop's Peak--two of our Seven Sisters.

O, Christmas Tree

Lovely serendipitous walk with Rachael out Pismo Pier.

Cutting down the tree--it takes a lot of discussion to get to this point, but I wouldn't have it any other way.

We missed you, Ralph and Joey!

Oh Thou Who Tellest Good Tidings

Just a bit of culture in Trafalgar Square.

A menorah to commemorate Hanukkah.

We were walking through St. James's Park (I think), and saw this really cool memorial.

It's to commemorate the Canadian soldiers who died in WWI and II. You can see the maple leaves imprinted in the metal of the fountain.

Colors of fall.

Gina and I took lots of leaf pictures.

But Christmas is coming!

Also, this shrubbery pig was awesome.

Harrods window display.

See us in the mirror?

Nap time!

A little ice skating at the Natural History Museum?

Yes please.

Awesome window display!

John Lewis-related store.

Polar bear!

Penguins, duh.

Check out his wings.

Fuzzy, but a lovely Christmassy street!
